Kelly grew up in Reno and has twenty years of experience working directly with women and minority owned business. She has a background in strategy and finance including venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.
She has held C-suite roles in finance, operations, and strategy and has built companies across industries including corporate services, fashion, biotech and health tech.
At the University of Nevada Reno she created and led the InNEVenture Fund, chaired the women’s initiatives and inclusion efforts at the Ozmen Center for Entrepreneurship, and taught entrepreneurship classes.
She received her BS in international business and economics from the University of Nevada, MBA from Cornell, MPH from UCLA, and Doctorate from the University of Oxford in Strategy, Innovation and Management.

Arianne has a background in bilingual outreach and community support. She has worked on projects with the National Resources Defense Council and the Nevada Small Business Development Center, and most recently assisted small businesses with EIDL and PPP loan applications.
In her free time Arianne is an avid skier, a participant in her local choir and a practicing yogi.

Ivet is the CEO of IC Media Strategy, a full-service digital marketing, video production and public relations firm specializing in Hispanic community outreach.
An Emmy-award winning journalist, she has more than a decade of experience in print and TV news. Ivet has held various positions in English and Spanish media outlets in Northern and Southern Nevada and has contributed to national news.
She graduated from Incline High and the University of Nevada Reno with a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Ethnic Studies
Danielle has sixteen years of experience supporting women and minorities in Northern Nevada as CEO, CFO, COO, and CSO of local start-ups and social ventures.
A serial entrepreneur, she co-founded two women-owned companies designing products for women by women in the outdoor industry: Betts Fit and Coalition Snow.
As an angel investor and SheEO Activator she has reviewed dozens of loan applications and pitch decks for women owned businesses.
She has a successful track record working with the Latino community to expand programs at Girls on the Run- Sierras, Planned Parenthood, and Adventure Risk Challenge locally.
She has a Bachelor’s degree from Stanford and a Master’s in Public Health from UC Berkeley.

A native of Puerto Rico, Sandra has lived and worked in Reno since 2002. She has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Nevada.
As a bilingual counselor she has worked closely with Reno small businesses as the Hispanic Business Development Advisor for Nevada Small Business Development Center for over thirteen years.
Stephanie is Chief Story Strategist at BrandPsyche Strategies, a boutique marketing agency dedicated to building powerful companies with unforgettable stories.
She’s spent the last eight years living and working with startups and companies in Singapore, France, United Kingdom, United States, and China.
With an eMBA and as a current Doctoral student studying the effects of marketing messages on female consumers, her passion lies in amplifying women’s success through the power of story.
Nellie is the proud Indigenous female founder of Outsiders Hair Studio and Sage and The Moon Wellness.
As President of the Riverwalk Merchants Association she works closely with over sixty small businesses dedicated to the future growth and success of Downtown Reno.
She is a writer, activist, and public speaker
Khalilah is a partner in the Reno Rebuild Fund that grants low-interest loans to small businesses in downtown Reno.
She is an owner of five Reno restaurants and bars including The Brewer’s Cabinet, Shim’s Surplus Supplies; Legends Grill; the Sierra Tap House; and the Ole Bridge Pub.
She has a BS in Marketing from UNR and works as the Marketing Manager at Tolles Development.
Vanessa has a BS in Broadcast Journalism and Spanish from the University of Southern California.
A former TV anchor, she created Noticiero Móvil, a bilingual news program aimed at improving coverage of Latinx issues in northern Nevada.
